Over the last month or so, I’ve been hard at work researching and ordering print samples. Candidly speaking, I haven’t been very happy with our most recent sticker print partner. When I first came up with this design, I was afraid it would be too sassy to resonate with people — but I've loved seeing the response to it!

This is a topic I'm super passionate about. When I first took my professional design business full-time in 2017, I was shocked at how prevalent new-age practices were in female business owner circles. The use of crystals, Law of Attraction, and manifestation was everywhere. I paid big bucks for an online finance course, only to find that it was full of new-age emotional "work," rather than pragmatic financial guidance. I was so disappointed that THIS was the best the secular world had to offer.

As Christians, we know that the "Universe" isn't waiting on us to use our own thoughts to manifest things into existence or buy a green wallet (actual advice in the course I took) in order to find success. We know where peace and purpose and power belong — in Christ alone. If we don't share the truth with those around us — who will?

Stanley Fish is an American literary theorist, legal scholar, author, and public intellectual. Although he initially asserted that the pro-life view depends on "religious conviction," he eventually changed his stance and expressly disavowed support for abortion rights and chastised the pro-choice movement for refusing to acknowledge the fact that abortion takes the life of an innocent human being.

"George took Fish to task for comments in a 1996 article in First Things asserting that the pro-life view depends on "religious conviction," while the pro-choice position appeals to "scientific facts." "If the issue is to be settled purely on the basis of scientific inquiry into when a new human being comes into existence," George observed, "then the pro-choice position simply collapses." Fish's response: "Professor George is right, and he is right to have corrected me." Fish went on to say that the pro-choice movement has decided to ignore the facts of life before birth now that science and technology make clear that the being killed by abortion is a human being."

It's heartbreaking to realize that most people are celebrating the ability to take the life of an innocent child — at any cost.
