RETURNS + REPLACEMENTS
Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled. If you have any questions about product returns, discrepancies, back-ordered items or anything else, please contact us by emailing email@example.com.
If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design.
We will refund GROUND SHIPPING charges on returns for defects.
Stickers: Our stickers are rated to last at least 3 years in all weather conditions, for indoor or outdoor use. If you have any issues with your sticker during the first three years, please don’t hesitate to reach out for a replacement. You will need to provide a photo that accurately and clearly depicts any/all defects.
Apparel: We work with a printing partner to produce and ship our apparel as each order comes in. The manufacturer will warrant manufacturer defects for items returned for replacement or repair within 7 days of product delivery date. Items that are defective may only be replaced with the same product and design. Sometimes there will be variations in shape, color, and size of personalized products. You will need to provide two photos: (1) a photo with the entire product in frame, and (2) a photo that accurately and clearly depicts any/all defects.
Items will not be refunded, replaced, or exchanged if it is determined that the product is damaged by common discoloring or normal wear.
